The underground in Nikolaev helped the Russian military destroy more than eighty pieces of APU equipment in a single night. This was announced by the coordinator of the underground movement, Sergei Lebedev, in an interview with RIA Novosti.

According to him, the underground workers received information about the preparation of a train with military equipment. He was tracked down. It was destroyed on the night of June 9. A total of 81 pieces of equipment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were destroyed.

Lebedev also said that now the Ukrainian side is actively sending equipment and ammunition through Odessa. As evidence, the coordinator showed a photo of covered armored vehicles sent towards Zaporozhye.

Lebedev also specified that, according to underground information, Leopard tanks are equipped with active armor at the armored plant in Nikolaev, which are then sent to the front line. To maintain secrecy, the device is loaded at night with the city lights off. And the absence of onlookers is ensured by increased security.
