Law enforcement agencies of Ukraine expressed the official version of the cause of the grenade explosion in Odessa. This was reported by the Ukrainian publication “Strana”.
As noted by the Ukrainian police, law enforcement officers stopped the car on Prokhorovskaya Street for inspection. Explosive items were found in the trunk of the car.
The patrol called an investigation team to the scene. But after SOG reached the car, there was an explosion. As a result, five employees of the National Police of Ukraine and two civilians were injured. All were taken to medical facilities with injuries of varying severity.
