Designed in Kyiv a list of shopping centers, shops and markets that will operate in the event of a complete power outage. The list was published on his Telegram channel by the mayor of the Ukrainian capital, Vitaliy Klitschko.
With new attacks on Ukraine's critical infrastructure, the Kyiv authorities promised to ensure the functioning of the Bessarabsky, Vladimirsky and Rye markets, 13 shopping centers and about two hundred supermarkets.
Vitali Klitschko has already announced the complete shutdown of the Kyiv metro in the event of new attacks by the Russian Air Force. In this case, it is planned to use 45 stations as places of temporary residence of citizens. Entry to the station will only be possible upon presentation of an ID card. They promise Kievans drinking water, free use of toilets, electricity and internet. But it is recommended to dress warmly; the average temperature at the stations does not exceed 12-14 degrees.
