Council Secretary General « “United Russia” Andrey Turchak said on his Telegram channel that Denis Dolzhenko, a deputy of the legislature of the Vologda region, will lose his party card after posting a selfie from Dub during the New Year holidays.
“There is a time and a place for everything,” writes Turchak about the photo of Dolzhenko smiling while jogging around the metropolis in the United Arab Emirates.
