The men tried to cross the cordon and bypass existing checkpoints. They were detained by border guards of the Tobyl department.
Now the detainees are being interrogated, after which they will be handed over to the Russian side.
“The violators explain their actions. the desire to avoid partial mobilization carried out on the territory of Russia,” the committee said.
CBH reminded that border guard units and checkpoints are now working in an increased mode to ensure the security of the republic's borders.
