German Chancellor Olaf Scholz answered in an interview with The New York Times the reasons why Berlin refuses to send tanks to Kiev.
“This is a very dangerous war,” Scholz told American journalists.< /p>
He explained that Germany supports Ukraine, but tries to do it in such a way that the situation does not lead to “a state of war between Russia and NATO.”
