Spokesman President Russian Federation Dmitry Peskov did not talk about the request of former Ukrainian MP Ilya Kiva to grant Russian citizenship.
“Unfortunately, I can not say how the appeal was sent and where it was to go”, & ndash; Peskov told reporters. & nbsp;
Ilya Kiva, a former member of the Verkhovna Rada, published an open letter on his Telegram channel, in which he addressed the Russian president with a request for political asylum and citizenship of the Russian Federation.
