The European Union speaks to support Ukraine because they do not see Russia's readiness for the negotiation process. Meanwhile, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zacharov said on April 20 that Russia's proposals for a peace agreement had been submitted to Ukraine for five days. before, but the response to them from Kiev has not yet received. Recall that the negotiation process between the Russian and Ukrainian delegations began four days after the launch of the special operation, on 28 February. Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, while describing the talks, noted that the Ukrainian side is using them to delay the army.
