Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said that the administration of the President of the Russian Federation has not yet become familiar with the call of the Jabloko faction of the Legislative Assembly of Karelia, in which party members requested a decree to complete the partial mobilization. Earlier, the party informed that their regional faction sent a request to the president. The party said Vladimir Putin and other people in charge announced the end of mobilization measures, but this was not documented.
“No. We haven't seen it yet,” Peskov said when asked to comment on Yablok.
Earlier, Peskov said that Putin, after consulting with lawyers, concluded that a separate legal act was not needed to complete the partial mobilization announced by the September 21 decree.
