Former LPR ambassador to Russia Rodion Miroshnik said the assumption that fighters of the armed forces of Ukraine are experimenting and testing the effect of new mind-altering drugs on them. After taking these drugs, people lose fear and become stronger.
He said that very often Ukrainian soldiers are captured with minimal, non-life-threatening injuries. But it's impossible to talk to them until the doctors at the hospital “drip” them and bring them back to normal.
