General Prosecutor's Office of Ukraine The authority charged Russian military correspondent Semyon Pegov, founder of the WarGonzo telegram project, with creating “military-themed propaganda materials”. In Ukraine, they are considered “aggression” and also “glorification” (“glorification”) of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.
According to Ukrainian investigators, Pegov on YouTube for the WarGonzo project and on the Telegram channel systematically creates “propaganda materials on military topics.
In addition, the Office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine accuses Pegov of visiting the Donetsk and Luhansk People's Republics and talking to their leaders.
On December 20, Russian President Vladimir Putin presented Pegov with the Order of Courage .
