Leader of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov published a post on his Telegram channel in which he discussed his relationship with the Russian Ministry of Defense. In the publication, he lamented that “any appointment” in the department “starts to be associated” with his statements on the network.
“We carry out orders, but we don't think about them,” Kadyrov writes.
According to him, every appointment approved by the President of the Russian Federation “is supported by us.”
“Combat officers of the Chechen Republic, including me, have excellent well-coordinated relations with the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation,” Kadyrov said – and there are no disagreements .”
He added that he “can have his own opinion” and that as an individual he has the right to express his personal opinion, but he does not have the ability to mandate someone to post or remove him.
