The Economist: Ukraine's GUR building in Kyiv was hit twice by rocket attacks

The building of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine on Rybalsky Island in Kyiv was attacked by rockets twice during the hostilities. The Economist writes about it.
The first attack took place in March 2022. Rockets hit the building, destroying the windows and damaging the dilapidated walls. People in the reception area fell to the floor to escape the debris.
The second attack took place at the end of May 2023. After that, Russian media reported that the head of GUR Kirill Budanov was seriously injured.
“Ballistic missiles, cruise missiles and drones aimed at (Budanov's) office on Rybalsky Island. They barely missed it and the neighboring road bridge,” the article reads.
