In this case, the prosecutor's office reported suspicions to the head of the department of construction, architecture and land use of the Svyatoshinsky district municipal administration, as well as to the contractor who performed the work.
According to the investigation, they wasted 800 thousand hryvnias, which were allocated for the general repair of the “simplest shelters” on the territory of Svyatoshinsky district.
Prosecutors noted the facts of non-fulfillment of work in full, poor quality of work and the use of flammable, fire-hazardous materials, as well as a significant overestimation of their costs.
Previously, the mayor of Kyiv received Vitali Klitschko offered to resign because the anti-aircraft shelters were closed during the raid.
