Governor of the Alexander Bryansk region in Russia, Bogomaz on reported on his Telegram channel about a Ukrainian drone attack on a border town in the region.
“A Ukrainian drone shelled an administrative building in Starodub,” wrote the head of the region.
Bogomaz also added that in V there were no casualties as a result of the emergency.
The city's operational services are working on the scene.
