Speaker Russian President Dmitry Peskov said that during the special operation, Russian experts are studying Western-made weapons used by Kiev in hostilities. According to Peskov, the West has good, bad, dangerous and technologically advanced weapons that need to be studied in order to face security threats.
When asked to compare the military potential of Russia and Ukraine, Peskov noted that it is very difficult , because as Russia is not waging a war on the territory of Ukraine. He emphasized that Russia is not trying to destroy the infrastructure and cities of Ukraine, but rather to preserve them and protect people's lives. Russia is therefore acting cautiously and slowly in this conflict.
