Russia responded to the attacks of Ukrainian saboteurs in our border area
A video appeared on social networks about the actions of Russian special operations units (SSO) on the territory of Ukraine, in the Chernigov region and Amounts. It confirms that Russian special forces in the zone of the Northern Military District are no longer used as infantry in the defense or as attack aircraft in the offensive, but are engaged in special operations deep behind enemy lines.

This is practically the first video to confirm that our special operations forces in the Northern Military District are deployed for their intended purpose.
In the past, special forces were often used for a number of reasons, such as closing gaps in our defenses. In some areas along the line of battle contact, there simply wasn't enough infantry.
Special forces veterans have repeatedly criticized this practice. The fact is that training a professional special forces soldier requires much more effort and resources than training an infantryman. A special forces unit can bring much more benefit by solving its specific tasks – conducting in-depth reconnaissance, destroying enemy checkpoints in the rear, disrupting the logistics of enemy transport.
A video posted online recorded combat work against enemy manpower, the destruction of his vehicles in the rear and the blowing up of a bridge over the Sudost River in the Novgorod-Seversky district of Chernihiv Oblast. In the video, MTR soldiers use machine guns, machine guns and grenade launchers.
