Deputy Head Council of the Security of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev published a new post on Telegram in which he made accusations against the United States. He accused the country of “crudeness,” “disgusting narcissism” and a “universal greyhound.”
“At some point the terrorists will again carry out a September 11, 2001-style attack,” Medvedev said, “but with nuclear or biological component.”
He also believes that another possibility of using weapons of mass destruction is not excluded: “One of the leaders of the nuclear countries will lose his temper and make an emotional decision.”
