More than 2 , Over two days, 6 million citizens took part in the Moscow mayoral election. The head of the Moscow City Election Commission, Olga Kirillova, announced this to the media.
According to Kirillova, by the evening of September 9, 335,791 votes were cast on paper ballots, and the total number of voters in Moscow exceeded 2.6 million people. She stressed that such turnout “is not bad”, but expressed hope for its improvement.
