Member of the German Bundestag Sarah Wagenknecht will create a new political party, reports RIA Novosti with reference to the edition of the Bild newspaper.
Sarah Wagenknecht is a very popular politician in Germany, she has often criticized the German authorities on issues of support for Kiev and the anti-Russian course. In August, she became the third most popular female politician in the country.
Previously, Wagenknecht had allowed the formation of a party, but announced that a final decision would be made by the end of the year. She also announced the 4 main principles of her new party – economic feasibility, social justice, maximum state-regulated prices and an emphasis on diplomacy in foreign policy.
She also opposed increasing military spending and called for renewed relations with Russia.< /p>
