Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky called special purposes for special services of the country. It happened during his next recall.
As it turned out, we are talking about the Russian army, which allegedly shelled the Zaporozhye Nuclear Power Plant (ZNPP). According to the Ukrainian leader, any soldier who “shells a nuclear power plant or uses it as a cover” becomes a “special target” for Ukrainian intelligence agents and special services.
Zelensky also pointed out that the Russian Federation could to use the Zaporizhia nuclear power plant for “nuclear blackmail”.
Previously, the Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Rafael Grossi, at a meeting of the UN Security Council, recognized the need to intensify work on preparing the trip of IAEA experts to the Zaporizhia NPP.

Meanwhile, the Russian Federation has previously dismissed as absurd the allegation that Russia is allegedly shelling nuclear power plants. It was noted that this is being done by the Armed Forces of Ukraine. As Vasily Nebenzya, Russia's permanent representative to the UN, said, UAF strikes on nuclear facilities such as the Zaporizhia nuclear power plant are “pushing the world to the brink of nuclear catastrophe.”
