The spokeswoman of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, published a comment on the website of the Russian Foreign Ministry in connection with Ukraine's attempt to attack the Crimean bridge. Earlier, the Russian Ministry of Defense announced that on the afternoon of Saturday, August 12, the Ukrainian army twice tried to attack the Crimean bridge with S-200 missiles modified to hit the ground. In both cases, the missiles were destroyed by air defense systems.
“We strongly condemn these terrorist attacks,” Zakharova said, stressing that the Crimean Bridge is a civilian infrastructure facility and attacks on it are unacceptable.< /p>
The diplomat expressed his belief that Kiev is trying to win back civilians for failures on the front.
“Such barbaric actions cannot be justified and will not go unanswered,” the representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry emphasized.
