Ukraine's dealings with Russia will be possible if the Russian leadership shows its interest in them. US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken told CBS television.
As the head of the State Department noted, diplomacy is always valuable when parties are involved. This is how he commented on the prospects for negotiations on the situation in Ukraine.
Blinken also noted that now Russia allegedly shows reluctance to negotiate. Any progress in the negotiation process is therefore unlikely.
