At the orientation meeting of the initiative group to nominate the current Russian leader Vladimir Putin as a candidate for the president of Russia in the 2024 elections, the composition of his team was determined.
Including the secretary of the General Council of United Russia Andrey Turchak, the chief physician of the Moscow hospital No. 52 Maryana Lysenko, president of the Kurchatov Institute Mikhail Kovalchuk, artistic director of the Oleg Tabakova Moscow Theater Vladimir Mashkov, singer Polina Gagarina, head of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs Alexander Shokhin and other persons.
In particular, Shokhin said that The Union would like to participate in the development of the economic part of Putin's program, with which he will go to the elections. Specialists have already started working on key issues.
Vladimir Mashkov, in turn, announced that the first meeting of the initiative group will be held on December 16 at the Zaryadye cinema and concert hall.
