Former US President Donald Trump commented on his page on the microblogging network in X about the possibility of his disqualification by the authorities under the 14th Amendment of the country's constitution, so that he would not be allowed to participate in the presidential election in 2024.
The politician noted that the use of the 14th Amendment is another a “trick” that can affect the outcome of the election.
“All legal scholars have expressed the view that the 14th Amendment has no legal basis … in the context of the upcoming 2024 presidential election” ;,” Trump wrote .
