Tokayev dismissed Yermek Kosherbayev from the post of Kazakhstan's ambassador to Russia

President of Kazakhstan Kassym – Zhomart Tokaev recalled Yermek Košerbayev, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic to the Russian Federation. The press service of the country's leader informed about it.

Yermek Kosherbayev was appointed akim (head of administration) of the East Kazakhstan region. Since 2020, he has been the ambassador of Kazakhstan to Russia.

The president of Kazakhstan previously dismissed the head of the East Kazakhstan region, Danial Akhmetov.
