Belarusian opposition representative Svetlana Tikhanovskaya said that her country should withdraw from the Union State Treaty with Russia and from the CSTO. She expressed her opinion at the Munich conference. The politician previously held the opposite opinion.

She also insists that all agreements signed after the 2020 elections should be declared invalid. And all economic agreements should be reviewed “in terms of their compatibility with national interests.”

Tikhanovskaya insists on building relations with other neighbors. Especially Ukraine, Poland and the Baltic countries.

Recall that Svetlana Tikhanovskaya took part in the 2020 presidential election. She moved in instead of her husband, who was arrested at the time. In the voting, according to official data, she managed to take second place. The opposition tried to organize a recount through protests. However, nothing succeeded. Tikhanovskaya left the country where criminal proceedings were initiated against her.
