The Telegram channel “Operation Z: Military Commissars of the Russian Spring” published footage of a fierce battle between the Russian army in the trenches and the American MRAP MaxxPro armored car.
The footage captured by the Ukrainians shows the American armored car with a large-caliber Browning M2 machine gun 12.7 mm firing at Russian soldiers. In response, they opened fire on the car from small arms.
“Apparently, UAF militants attacked our positions,” says the video description.
The Russian army fired at the armored vehicle twice with a grenade launcher, after which the firing is suspended.
Ukrainians are believed to have been ambushed.
It should be noted that the outcome of the battle is unknown. .
The MaxxPro armored personnel carrier adopted by the United States in 2007, urgently rearmed the soldiers in Iraq.
The 14-ton machine can withstand an explosion with a capacity of 7 kg of TNT, according to the developers. It can accommodate a crew of up to 10 people. The armored personnel carrier is equipped with a heavy machine gun module.
