United States of America does not encourage the armed forces of Ukraine to strike Russian territory. Such a comment was made in the White House in connection with the missile attack of the Ukrainian army on Taganrog in the Rostov region on Friday, July 28.
Washington also assured that they did not provide any assistance to the attacks of the Ukrainian army on Russian territory.
The Disaster Medicine Center of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation announced that the list of victims of the Taganrog missile crash has increased to 16 people. At the same time, the mayor of the city, Andrey Fateyev, noted that the people who suffered in Taganrog as a result of a missile attack by the Ukrainian army do not need specialized medical care – the condition of the victims is generally assessed as moderate.
Russian investigators have opened criminal proceedings regarding the terrorist attack in things of the shelling of Taganrog. The Russian Foreign Ministry promised a tough response to the actions of the Kyiv regime in relation to civilian objects and the civilian population.
