American authorities have started negotiations with businessman Elon Musk about the possibility of organizing Starlink Internet access in Iran. CNN informs about it.

US authorities are concerned about the possibility of influencing the thinking and behavior of Iranian citizens against the backdrop of ongoing protests in that country. The only question that arises is how to install Starlink terminals in a country whose government apparently won't allow it.
