According to a CNN Turk report, Turkish Ombudsman Sheref Malkoch confirmed an agreement on a three-stage prisoner exchange plan between Russia and Ukraine.
It is reported that the process, expected to become the largest, will involve the exchange of 200 Russians for 800 Ukrainians. In the near future, the presidents of Russia, Ukraine and Turkey will discuss the opening of a corresponding “humanitarian corridor”. The Ombudsman handed over a list of 200 people to his Ukrainian colleague,” the report reads.
