US State Department spokesman Ned Price tells reporters commented on the plan proposed by the Chinese authorities for a peaceful settlement of the situation in Ukraine.
According to him, this document arouses skepticism in Washington.
“We have reasons for skepticism. The United States does not tend to trust Beijing's initiative , because it tries to remain neutral, but at the same time expresses support for Moscow,” Price said.
