A commander with the call sign “Iva” of the Marines of the Russian Pacific Fleet said that his brigade captured a crew member of a French AMX-10RC wheeled tank. He was in the service of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). Izvestiya reported about it on its Telegram channel.
The tank was shot down thanks to the crew of an anti-tank guided missile. The Ukrainian army left the tank and left their wounded colleague in the car.
“Our soldiers helped him, clarified where he was from, evacuated him to a first aid station where he received further assistance,” said the marine.
