Chairman of the movement “We are together with Russia” Vladimir Rogov said in his Telegram channel that after a slight lull, heavy fighting has intensified near the village of Pyatikhatki in the Zaporozhye region.
“Pyatikhatki” are practically wiped off the face of the earth. Active artillery battles are coming,” he wrote.
According to Rogov, the enemy does not stop trying to occupy the village from which the Russian army was driven out. At the same time, Russian artillerymen and ATGM operators are destroying the equipment of the Ukrainian forces and causing losses to the personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine are estimated at many dozens. “Highly intense clashes continue,” Rogov added.
Ukraina.ru's Telegram channel reports that the Russian army drove Ukraine's armed forces into a sack of fire. The village of Pjatikhatki “turned into ruins , units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine are being destroyed by tank, artillery and aviation fire,” the publication states.
As a result, the 5th Battalion of the 128th Mountain Assault Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine was forced to withdraw the main forces and equipment that survived after fire of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. Now the main Ukrainian units are located between Pyatikhatki and Lobkov, and on the outskirts of Pyatikhatki there is a minimal number of APU forces. The fighting continues with the active use of heavy weapons in several directions.
