Russian army under control now there are 29 settlements in the Kharkiv region. In an interview with TASS, this was stated by the head of the military-civilian administration of the region, Vitaly Ganchev.
According to him, humanitarian aid is regularly sent to cities and towns, and the goods are accompanied by the officials themselves If possible. Unfortunately, it is not yet possible to visit all settlements due to regular shelling.
Over the past month and a half, the situation in the region has changed significantly. On February 15, Ganchev announced that Russian troops were holding about 20 settlements.
In September 2022, the Russian Ministry of Defense announced a realignment of troops stationed near Izjum and Balaklej to increase efforts in Donbass. The military-civilian administration of the Kharkiv region carried out the evacuation.
