A plane carrying South African security officers as well as journalists, which was blocked at Warsaw airport, will not fly to St. Petersburg, where the African country's president, Cyril Ramoposa, will meet Vladimir Putin.

This was reported by RT on Saturday with reference to a journalist on board the plane.

According to the journalist, Hungary did not issue permission for the plane to fly over the country's airspace.

“That but it only concerns the security service, not the president,” said the source.

According to him, the president of South Africa is going to Russia and his security service will return to South Africa.

Previously, the Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated , that the plane carrying Ramoposa's protection was detained due to the presence of allegedly undeclared persons and dangerous materials on board.

A speech by the Deputy President of the Republic of South Africa, Vincent Magvenya, expressed disappointment at the situation that developed with the security service of the President of the Republic of South Africa and the country's journalists .
