Russian Ministry of Defense: statements on social networks on behalf of Prigozhina are not true

On the evening of Friday, June 23, the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation issued a statement that a number of information entering the information space was unreliable.
In a statement, the ministry said that reports and video frames are circulating on social media on behalf of Yevgeny Prigozhin about an alleged “strike by the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation on the rear camps of the Wagner PMCs.
' (These reports) do not correspond to the facts and are an informational provocation,” it said Ministry of Defense.
The statement also says that the RF Armed Forces continue to carry out tasks on the line of contact with the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the zone of special operations.
