German newspaper Die Zeit reported that Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmitry Kuleba gave a speech in which he addressed his Western colleagues. In it, he “forbade” them to tire of helping Kiev and recommended the adoption of a new package of anti-Russian sanctions.

“If we, the Ukrainians, do not tire, then the rest of Europe will not tire of either political or moral rights,” said Kuleba.
