Latvian Defense Minister Artis Pabriks said TV channel "Dozhd" (recognized by the Ministry of Justice as a foreign media agent) whose editorial office is based in this country must return to Russia. He wrote about it on Twitter.
"Our patience is running out", — he said.
The minister also suggested revoking the editor's residence permit. The channel was previously fined for calling the Russian armed forces “our army” on air and for showing a map of Russia with Crimea.
Recall that today it was revealed that the channel had fired its host Alexey Korostelev. The journalist announced earlier on the air that he was helping the Russian army – he said on the air that the channel helped to solve the problems of the mobilized. The presenter was fired today.
