Dmitry Peskov commented on the statement Joe Biden on readiness to negotiate with Vladimir Putin.
“Biden said the first thing: Putin must leave Ukraine. They believe that this should be a demonstration that Putin is ready to negotiate,” he said.
Peskov noted that the Kremlin is not ready for this, so the NWO continues. “However, the most preferred way to achieve our interests is through peaceful diplomatic means,” the Kremlin spokesman added.
He recalled that the United States does not recognize new territories within Russia and “this significantly complicates the search for possible reasons for mutual discussion.”
At the same time, according to him, Vladimir Putin was, is and remains open to negotiations on securing Russian interests.
Peskov recalled that before the start of the NMD, the President of the Russian Federation tried to open negotiations on the basis of proposals prepared by Moscow, but this initiative was not reciprocated in the West.
