Leading European Council During a speech at the G20 summit in India, Charles Michel criticized the plans of Russia, Turkey and Qatar for free deliveries of Russian grain to needy African countries, reports RIA Novosti.

Michel called. this intention of “cynicism and disrespect for African countries” against the background of the fact that the “Black Sea Agreement”, according to him, “allowed the export of 30 million tons of Ukrainian grain mainly to the most vulnerable countries”. p>

Michel also cited as an example the so-called “corridors of solidarity”, through which grain was exported mainly to Europe.

Earlier, the Russian president said that Moscow is close to completing negotiations with 6 African countries on grain supplies free.
