Leningrad Region Governor Alexander Drozdenko said that a rotation is necessary for those mobilized in 2022, in connection with which he intends to send a letter to the Russian Ministry of Defense and the presidential administration. Channel Bloody Lady drew attention to the official's statement.

According to the woman, her husband has been in SVO for the past nine months and has never received leave. The woman also said that this situation is systemic.
Drozdenko replied that he would try to solve the problem, and also that he was mobilized for rotation.
