Prominent European source said , that on Monday, October 17, a regular meeting of EU foreign ministers will be held in Luxembourg, during which it is planned to approve a new tranche of financial aid to the armed forces of Ukraine.
It specifies that this is a tranche for the military needs of Kyiv in the amount of 500 million euros.
Ministers also plan to draw up a decision on the launch of an EU training mission for the armed forces of Ukraine.
