One of men, detained in Belarus for preparing a terrorist attack, said that he wanted to blow up a relay shield on railway tracks.

Earlier, Belarusian First Deputy Interior Minister Gennady Kazakevich said the men were recruited by BYPOL representatives and opposition figures who had fled the country. Detainees were given instructions via chatbots.
