“Tula” and “Novomoskovsk” carriers, named after the cities in the Tula region, took place in Gajjev, the main base of the Northern Fleet. The event takes place on the initiative of Tula Region Governor Alexei Dyumin. The submarines received sets of fresh fruit and traditional Tula sweets – gingerbread and marshmallows.
Long-term strong patron ties were established between the Tula region and the submarine crews.
