The Russian Investigative Committee filed charges in absentia against the former Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Khomchak

The Investigative Committee (IC) of Russia has accused the former Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Ruslan Khomchak in absentia. This was announced on the website of the Investigative Committee.

It should be noted that dozens of civilians and civilian infrastructure facilities in Donbas were injured as a result of Khomchak's actions.

In addition &nbsp ; from April to July 2014, operations in southeastern Ukraine against First Deputy Chairman of the SBU Vasily Krutov and First Deputy Chief of Staff of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Igor Fedorov.

In addition, the Investigative Committee charged 95 mercenaries in absentia, including from the United States Army, Belgium, Britain and France.
