The Armed Forces of Ukraine reported the discovery in the air of the earth's space balloons, probably used for reconnaissance.
According to the representative of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the objects have angular reflectors and move in air currents at low speed. He added that such objects can also be used to divert air defense.
The armed forces of Ukraine did not comment on the assumption that today's temporary closure of the airspace over Moldova could be related to these objects.
Local the media reports that on Sunday, February 12, balloons were already seen in the Dnepropetrovsk region.
