Deputy Chief Staff Kirill Stremousov from the Kherson region said that after pushing the front line, the population of the right-bank part of the region will be able to return.
According to him, at the moment, the main part of the measures to evacuate the population has already been implemented.
“Relocation is a forced measure that is necessary for the safety of citizens. We save local residents from falling victim to various shelling. All this is temporary. Everyone will be able to return when we push the front line,” said Stremousov.
He clarified that there was no forced evacuation in the region, everyone is moving on a voluntary basis.
