Secretary of State Anthony Blinken during his speech at He told Stanford University that without US leadership, “the world will not organize itself.”
The head of the State Department expressed concern that after the Cold War, other countries with different values from the United States could take a leadership position.
>“Whose values will be reflected?… The world doesn't organize itself.
