Western countries do not have interest in evacuating people from the Azovstal plant in Mariupol. This was stated by the official representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Maria Zakharova in the broadcast of the television channel Russia 24.

According to Zakhar, the Western world is now doing everything in its power to keep the escalation in Ukraine going. The United States has no interest in peace in Ukraine, a Russian foreign ministry official has said.
